Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-axis programming.
• Must have knowledge of 5-axis Machining, Macro Programs, and Machine Codes.
• Frequent traveling may be required for test cuts in overseas subsidiaries.

Job description

Overview

Our client is an Aerospace Manufacturer at Corporation Road. They urgently need:

Manufacturing Engineers

Responsibilities

• Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5-axis milling on materials ranging from Aluminium, Titanium to Inconel 718.
• Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc.
• Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.
• Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.
• Work with the MRB team for troubleshooting of non-conformance.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-axis programming and machining.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-axis programming using Mastercam.
• Knowledge of 5-axis Machining, Macro Programs, Error Proofing and Machine Codes
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Frequent travelling may be required for test cut in overseas subsidiaries.

Salary: up to $6000 (NO AWS + 1-2 months variable bonus)

Location: Corporation Rd

Working hours: (Mon-Fri) 8am to 5.30pm/ 8.30am to 6.00pm/ 9.00am to 6.30pm – flexible working hours
