Job Responsibilities

• Interpret mechanical drawings, prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and plan fabrication and machining processes.
• Develop Process Management Plans and provide technical support to production teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, proposing alternative solutions where needed.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent software for design and process documentation.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience in precision engineering or metal fabrication processes (machining, welding, sheet metal, surface treatment).
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MasterCAM, or UG) and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
