Job summary

A leading HR management firm in Singapore is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily production targets and lead a team of line leaders and operators. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing manpower, conducting meetings, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).

• Collaborate with departments on projects and evaluations.
