Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting production operations, process optimization, and yield improvement in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role requires close collaboration with production, equipment, and process teams to ensure smooth and efficient night‑shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support night‑shift manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process and equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, and quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production issues, downtime, and process deviations.
  • Support process qualification, equipment calibration, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure all night‑shift operations comply with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
  • Train and guide night‑shift technicians and operators to enhance technical capability.
Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands‑on experience in process optimization and equipment monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during night shift.
  • Able to commit to permanent night shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
