Job description

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining various manufacturing processes to ensure high product quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency. This role involves hands-on process setup, troubleshooting equipment, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities to support mass production and new product introduction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or process engineering, such as screen printing, wafer stacking, molding, jetting, dicing etc.

Familiar with DMAIC

Proficient in data analysis using Excel and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Six-sigma green belt certified is a big advantage

Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and practical work ethic.
