Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Lean principles and quality tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness for product transitions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on fixtures, tooling, and processes.
