This role sits within the Manufacturing Engineering function supporting medical device production operations in Singapore. The team is responsible for developing, qualifying, and sustaining manufacturing processes that enable consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Manufacturing Engineering partners closely with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and external suppliers to advance process capability, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
This position is based in Singapore and follows an onsite work arrangement to support manufacturing operations, equipment, and process activities.
As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will contribute to the development, qualification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes that support production performance, product quality, and operational scalability.
The role involves leading qualification activities, driving process enhancements, applying statistical tools to improve process capability, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve manufacturing challenges and strengthen site capabilities.
