Job Description:

Project Management

• Plan and track project work to finish on time.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and updates for projects.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and the team to make sure jobs are done smoothly.
• Arrange training for production workers when needed.

Facility Management

• Make sure the factory is always clean, safe, and secure.

Equipment Management

• Handle all machine repairs and make sure they are fixed quickly.
• Ensure all machines are serviced regularly and records are updated.
• Support new product setups and help install and test new equipment.

People Management

• Make sure all staff follow safety, food quality, and company rules.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of building systems, equipment care, and safety.
