Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) and provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering and has at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with knowledge in cable/harness assembly preferred. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) criteria for:
- Manufacturing process development

- Production and testing activities
- Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes related to cables, harnesses, and electro‑mechanical assemblies, including inspection, testing, and tool/fixture design.
- Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic production and test methodologies to optimize operations.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines to achieve project success and profitability.
- Gather data, develop manufacturing solutions, and prepare documentation such as OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform electro‑mechanical assembly work and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
