Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators. You will oversee daily production, quality, and performance, ensuring that manufacturing and safety protocols are maintained. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Science and must possess strong leadership skills while being willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Science/Production/IT.
• Preferably experienced in high‑tech, high‑vol manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12‑hour shifts (day or night).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate line issues if any.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
• Conduct training/coaching to improve performance.
• Implement ideas to prevent human errors.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects.
