Job summary

Roche propose un Career Conversion Programme (CCP) pour les cadres/professionnels en fabrication biopharmaceutique avancée à Singapour. Le programme prévoit 15 mois d'attache local avec Roche et est soutenu par WSG et WAF.

Vous soutiendrez le département Biochemical Manufacturing, réaliserez des tâches opérationnelles et participerez à des améliorations de processus tout en adhérant à cGMP et aux règles SHE.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en sciences de la vie ou en ingénierie, ou équivalent (Diplôme, NITEC, etc.).
• Expérience en biologics est un plus.
• Aptitudes en résolution de problèmes, communication interpersonnelle et travail d'équipe.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir le département Biochemical Manufacturing et collaborer pour atteindre les objectifs.
• Réaliser les tâches assignées: préparation d'équipements, nettoyage et stérilisation, prélèvements et échantillonnage.
• Prioriser les tâches et documenter les données selon les formules de fabrication approuvées.
• Soutenir les efforts d'amélioration des processus.
• Utiliser les ordinateurs pour le contrôle du procédé et la saisie de données.
• Participer aux réunions et collaborer avec les autres équipes.
• Respecter les exigences de sécurité et signaler tout incident.

The Position

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Attach-and-Train) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. This programme is jointly supported by the Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Workforce Advancement Federation (WAF).

The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with Roche. The Opportunity

• Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department by working effectively within the group to meet department goals and objectives
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks which may include preparing small equipment, cleaning and sterilizing vessels, preparing solutions, monitoring and operation biochemical processing equipment, raw materials sampling, dispensing and environmental monitoring sampling and maintain housekeeping of the areas while adhering to Safety, cGMP and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines
• Assigned tasks must be prioritized and work must be documented per approved manufacturing formulae
• Support process improvement efforts
• Operate computers for process control and data entry
• Participate in staff and shift change meetings and work closely with other shift personnel and external support groups
• Ensure all assigned tasks are performed as per safety requirement. Report safely incident and near misses on a timely basis and support SHE in incident investigation

Safety, Health & Environment:

• Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements, never put oneself and others at safety & health risks, and report any workplace accidents, near misses and hazards as soon as practicable
• Observe all RSTO’s site security measures at all times, and report any suspicious characters/objects & damaged security mechanisms to Site Security immediately

Lean Production System:

• Embody PT Lean Production System (LPS), while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors through the use and application of LPS tools for continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent qualifications such as a Diploma, NITEC, or similar
• Experience in biologics is a plus
• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills
