Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Analyst on a 1-year contract in Singapore to drive manufacturing performance through data analytics, process optimization, and digitalization initiatives.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support capacity planning while standardizing processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across the factory.

Candidates should have an engineering degree and 2–4 years in high-volume manufacturing with Power BI or Grafana experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in high-volume manufacturing with performance improvement focus.
• Ability to build clear data-driven dashboards and tell stories.
• Experience with Power BI or Grafana is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, quality, yield, downtime, and performance data.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply structured problem-solving to root causes and actions.
• Develop and monitor dashboards and KPIs for manufacturing performance.
• Conduct capacity analysis and line balancing studies.
• Support production planning and capacity expansion through data.
• Standardize procedures and performance measurement methods.
