We’re looking for Mandarin Teachers who are not just fluent in the language but passionate about making learning an exciting adventure! You’ll be the guide on a journey where students conquer tones, master characters, and develop a deep appreciation for Chinese Language as proficient communicators!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and adapt engaging group lessons that make Mandarin easy to understand and fun to learn.
• Help students unlock their language potential, guiding them through speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Create and maintain a vibrant learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, and actively participate.
• Track student progress and offer personalized feedback and support to help each individual reach their full potential.
• Communicate feedback on students’ progress to parents on a timely and regular basis.

Who You Are:

Got a Degree in Education, Chinese Studies, or Chinese Language from NUS, NTU, NIE, or another well-respected university? Whether it’s a Bachelor’s or Master’s, or a previous teaching experience in MOE schools – we’d love to see those credentials shine!

You live and breathe Mandarin, with a solid grasp of the language and an enthusiasm to share it with others.

• You’re creative, using fun activities and real-life scenarios to make every lesson exciting.
• You love to teach and have a nurturing, encouraging spirit that make children feel confident and excited to learn.
• You’re patient and flexible, understanding that every student learns differently and needs a unique approach.
• You know the ropes of Singapore curriculum and assessment systems, preferably with at least 2 years of teaching experience in MOE schools.
• You represent our brand with pride – whether it’s through polished communication or a sharp, professional outfit, you carry yourself like a true professional.
• You are ready for action on weekends – we run a 6-day work week including weekends, so flexibility is key!
