We are interviewing now for an immediate start date and therefore you will need Current and Permanent right to work in Singapore.

We will provide full training both in house and external for all successful joiners including: CEI professional license, 8 Weeks Academy—intro to both Candidate and Client side, Classroom based session, Online modules and Return to Desk practical follow ups.

The Role:

As a Mandarin Speaking Trainee Researcher/Delivery Consultant you will nurture existing relationships with Chinese speaking clients and source high‑calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. This is a sales-focused career path NOT an HR/Internal or Talent Acquisition role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing, head‑hunting and screening candidates through various channels
• Warm business development, lead generation, building and maintaining our Key client relationships with Chinese speaking clients
• Networking and attending industry‑specific events
• Meeting activity‑based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
