Job summary

Synechron Technologies Private Limited seeks a DevOps Consultant to support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and management of Murex MX.3 environments for client projects in Singapore. You will work with regional delivery teams on upgrades, data model adaptations, environment management, and technical support activities.

Responsibilities include environment deployment, configuration management, and database migration support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT or engineering.
• Native or fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Fluent or highly proficient English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with UNIX and RDBMS operations.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Environment Deployment & Operations: Deploy, configure, and manage MX.3 environments and perform smoke testing.
• Configuration Management: Use configuration management tools to export/import configuration items and diagnose issues.
• Database Conversion & Migration: Support database migration and MX.3 data model transformation; assist with post-migration stabilization.
• Methodologies, Processes & Documentation: Contribute to templates for setup, installation, upgrade, and migration; document procedures.
• Provide ongoing technical support for MX.3 environments and coordinate with support teams for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams on upgrades and environment management.
