Job Details

• 3 months contract (renewable based on work performance)
• 5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
• Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule
• Fully working from home (In Singapore Only)
• Salary $14/hr
• Training Salary: $14/hr
• Work From Home Allowance: $5/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as an over-the-phone interpreter, facilitating communication between Mandarin and English speakers.
• Handle calls covering a variety of topics, ranging from simple to complex, and addressing both technical and non-technical subjects across industries like healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.
• Deliver real-time language translation services during customer interactions.
• Assist non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and resolving their queries or concerns.
