About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Managing Director to lead our wellness and nutraceuticals company into its next phase of strategic expansion. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth, investor confidence, and brand value, ensuring that the company delivers sustained performance across all dimensions — financial, strategic, and cultural. Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
  • Lead the company’s strategic growth plan, ensuring alignment with long-term financial and market objectives.
  • Oversee all P&L activities, financial reporting, and investor communications.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams across product categories, markets, and channels.
  • Build a scalable business model capable of sustaining profitability and global expansion.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A prospects, and joint ventures aligned with company goals.
Operational Excellence & Execution
  • Strengthen internal operations for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Implement best-in-class systems and processes for financial planning, supply chain, and performance management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, operations) to deliver consistent business outcomes.
  • Oversee risk management, ensuring governance and accountability at every level.

  • Partner with the Marketing Director and creative teams to amplify brand reach and equity across global markets.
  • Ensure product innovation aligns with consumer trends, regulatory standards, and investor expectations.
  • Build high-value partnerships in retail, distribution, and wellness ecosystems.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, board members, and key strategic partners.
  • Deliver transparent, data-driven performance reports and business insights.
  • Strengthen investor confidence through disciplined growth strategies and market leadership.
  • Represent the brand externally — at conferences, industry events, and investor forums.
Leadership & Culture

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
