Job description

Direct the overall management of the Company’s business operations and ensure operational excellence across all functions.

Translate the Company’s strategy into actionable plans, measurable objectives, execution timelines, and performance outcomes, ensuring all departments are aligned with corporate priorities.

Drive financial stewardship, including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and resource allocation to support sustainable business performance.

Ensure robust operational processes, internal controls, and risk mitigation frameworks are implemented and maintained to support compliance, governance, quality, and business continuity.

Represent the Company in high-level negotiations, government engagements, and strategic partnerships, safeguarding the Company’s interests and enhancing its market positioning.

Foster a strong leadership culture, oversee the performance of the senior management team, and drive organisational capability building, talent development, and succession planning.

Provide regular performance updates, strategic recommendations, and risk assessments to the Board, ensuring transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.
