Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the company's performance, growth, and profitability.
• Setting the strategic direction and long-term goals of the company.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in market
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth or improvement.
• Managing the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in management roles
• Worked in marketing and sales of engineering plastic products at least 15 years’ experience
• Familiar with accounting operation (3 years of experience working in a company)
• Minimum of Japanese conversation level 1 for business negotiations with top-level executives of Japanese companies
• Good knowledge of marketing and sales of engineering plastic products, and business management processes.
• High level of business awareness and acumen.
• Excellent Leadership, communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
