Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and governance of enterprise‑wide infrastructure initiatives.
- Ensure the resilience, scalability and security of SATS’ hybrid infrastructure landscape—including on‑premises systems, cloud platforms, end‑user computing and automation frameworks.
- Front Business Units to champion key IT initiatives and operationalise infra‑related support and service workflows.
- Review architecture, security, network, resources, capacity, performance, system hosting environment, incident root cause analysis and preventive action planning for hardware infrastructure, operating systems, virtualization, storage and backup to support existing and new application systems.
- Monitor and maintain system/network/printing(I/O)/EMM/EUC/infrastructure services and work with outsourced service providers to address issues, problems and change requests.
- Plan and manage local/global infrastructure‑related RFQ/RFPs, execute projects, contract renewals, vendor evaluations and deliver projects/activities to upkeep, strengthen or create new infrastructure services.
- Ensure smooth and sustainable operations through architecture review and ITIL‑compliant processes, including resiliency requirements.
- Identify suitable technologies, strategies and solutions to meet organization needs, develop solutions/architectures based on technology trends and standards, and exploit new and emerging technologies to meet present and future business needs.
- Maintain operational compliance with all security policies and procedures by ensuring security measures, monitoring and reporting are in place and adhered to for end‑user technologies and applications.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant IT experience in designing, deploying and managing infrastructure solutions and services for enterprise‑level application systems, network and system infrastructure (certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, Azure Cloud, ITIL 4 foundation or equivalent are an added advantage).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience with Azure Cloud Managed Services: landing zones, governance (Azure Policy/PIM), security (Defender for Cloud), monitoring (Azure Monitor/Log Analytics), backup/DR.
- Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Managed Services: tenant governance, Exchange Online, Teams/Voice, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Entra ID governance and administration: Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, access reviews and entitlement management.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ‑104) or equivalent AZ305/500.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS‑102); Messaging Administrator (MS‑203); Teams Administrator (MS‑700); Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102).
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC‑300); Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC‑100).
