We are looking for a team member to spearhead impactful strategies and initiatives that build a strong, agile and future-ready leadership pipeline.
Talent Strategy, Planning & Identification
- Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business needs, partnering with business and HR leaders to identify critical roles and future talent requirements.
- Lead the annual talent review process using frameworks, assessments, 360 surveys and industry benchmarks to identify talent profiles and high-potential employees.
Succession & Leadership Pipeline Management
- Lead annual succession planning for critical roles and drive development and mobility initiatives to strengthen succession readiness and bench strength.
- Empower talents through curated programmes and enable mobility through close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Design and deliver talent and leadership programmes aligned to SingtelSCORE framework, supported by CoE capabilities, policies and resources.
- Implement development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, communities of practice and networking events.
- Support the development of management associates and early talents through targeted programmes.
Talent Engagement, Retention & DEI
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives that strengthen belonging, community and leadership connection.
- Lead DEI programmes, policies and employee network support to foster an inclusive workplace and reinforce Singtel’s B.I.G. culture.
- Contribute to employer branding and outreach to position Singtel as an employer of choice.
Talent Analytics, AI & Insights
- Drive AI adoption and talent analytics to automate processes, scale best practices and enable data-driven interventions.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
- Educated to degree level, and iHRP certified.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience; consulting or HR Business Partnering experience is a plus.
- Proven track records in facilitation, leadership development and programme development.
- Demonstrated ability in managing HiPO development programmes and managing talents in a large organisation.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to frame concepts, develop frameworks and design programmes that effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to balance strategic and operational work with a meticulous, hands-on approach.
- Self-driven, professional and tactful, with strong interpersonal skills.
