A logistics and delivery company located in Singapore is looking for a professional to lead talent acquisition efforts. The role involves managing high-volume recruitment and enhancing hiring processes, requiring five years of experience in talent acquisition and a Bachelor's degree. Candidates with APAC regional expertise are preferred.
Social recruiting; Employer branding; Sourcing (incl. building talent pipeline); Candidate processing and managing hiring systems; Talent acquisition data analytics and insight generation; Talent acquisition process owner (incl. process improvements & digitalization); High-volume recruitment and hiring / RPO; Operational workforce planning; Strategic operational workforce planning.
Five (5) years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition. APAC regional working knowledge and expertise preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any discipline
