About Company

Our client is a non‑profit organisation dedicated to advancing positive social and environmental impact in Singapore and beyond. In line with their continued efforts to address climate and sustainability challenges, they are now seeking a Manager, Sustainability Finance & Programmes to lead initiatives that strengthen environmental stewardship and long‑term community resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Programme Design: Develop innovative nature‑based projects, programmes, and financing models that deliver measurable environmental and social impact.
  • Research & Due Diligence: Conduct environmental scans, feasibility studies, and partner assessments to evaluate project viability.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, ensure compliance and governance standards, and prepare management and board reports.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local partners to drive impactful collaborations and ecosystem growth.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in climate finance, development finance, investment, or carbon markets.
  • Experience with financial instruments, project structuring, or financial modelling will be an advantage.
  • Analytical, driven, and resourceful, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for sustainability and impact‑driven work.
