Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering with them to hire a Manager, Supply Chain Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Operations Specialists.
  • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure operational success.
  • Drive employee engagement, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
Strategic
  • Contribute to the design and execution of vendor management strategies to optimize manufacturing, repair, and logistics operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiency, and service quality improvements.
  • Support business continuity and scalability through effective vendor partnerships and governance frameworks.
Operational
  • Oversee vendor operations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the key liaison for strategic vendors, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance operational performance.
Analytical
  • Evaluate vendor performance using data-driven insights and KPIs to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and business reviews for senior management.
  • Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance vendor efficiency and reliability.
Collaborative
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance—to drive alignment and innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance organizational capability in vendor management.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing 3PL or outsourced vendor operations within a supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and vendor performance optimization preferred.
