Workforce Singapore is seeking a meticulous individual and service-oriented individual, with good interpersonal and administrative skills to join our team. You will be providing administrative and participant support for WSG’s New Operations Division’s Senior Worker Career Guidance programmes.

Responsibilities

As Manager for Senior Worker Career Guidance Programme Administration, you will:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations and monitoring of Career Guidance programmes.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Handle programme documentation, including maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
  • Process and maintain participant records, including participant registrations, attendance, claims and other records.
  • Administer and conduct post-programme feedback surveys with participants via phone calls, email, or other channels to gather insights for programme improvement.
  • Process data for regular reporting and evaluation purposes.
  • Support team members in preparing reports and presentations
  • Maintain the team’s digital repository of materials and documents
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, activities and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the programme team as required. Provide general administrative support to the division as needed, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating divisional activities.

Requirements

You should have the following work experience and knowledge:

  • Relevant experience in areas such as conducting telephone survey interviews and managing online survey research operations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in other official languages will be beneficial.

You should possess the following skill sets:

  • Communication: Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to effectively engage stakeholders. To also possess strong interpersonal skill to be able to interact professionally with participants and team members, with a sense of empathy.
  • Administrative and Organisational Skills: Proficient inmanaging multiple tasks efficiently, while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to ensure precision and accuracy in data management and administrative tasks, while upholding ethical standards and integrity in all activities.
  • Personal Effectiveness: Able to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
