About The Strategy & Product Innovation Unit (SPI) The Strategy & Product Innovation (SPI) Unit supports Dsg leadership to chart Dsg’s strategic direction to develop the design sector, delivering real impact through design. We do this through research that generates action-oriented insights, strategy development and implementation, and creating and maintaining a portfolio of financial and non‑financial offerings.
