Job summary

A public sector organization in Singapore seeks a proactive Manager/Senior Manager to support the Planning team. Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organised Manager/Senior Manager to support our Planning team in the following:

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, reporting on Enterprise Risk matters to senior management, and development of Enterprise Risk Indicators for the organisation
  • Assist in preparing updates and reports to senior management and ministry counterparts
  • Support the team in coordinating key Board and senior management meetings and retreats
  • Support the team in driving change management efforts across the organisation
  • Assist with general matters such as the procurement of small value purchases for corporate meals and staff welfare
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a public sector planning function is preferred but not required
  • Possess good writing and critical thinking skills, and comfortable with drafting reports, slides and submissions
  • Possess good project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, and comfortable in giving presentations
  • Able to work independently or as a team player
