We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges.Description of Role in PTRYou will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives. You will help to map the overall strategic direction to drive the Families for Life movement in the community, and nurture a community-based family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life. You will plan systemic upstream intervention to build family resilience and develop localised outreach strategies to impact target families through understanding and analysing ground needs. You will also contribute to the development of evidence-based marriage and parenting resources and tools, as a support resource for families.
