Job Summary

The Senior Manager/Manager, Partnerships & Development is critical in driving the development and execution of the partnership portfolio in the company. This role will be responsible for developing effective partnership development strategies in fostering relationships with donors and stakeholders. This role is responsible for planning and executing fundraising initiatives, corporate engagement and ensuring good governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective partnership (public and private) development strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision and goals.
• Cultivate relationships with new, potential and existing partners including donors, sponsors, stakeholders which includes individuals, corporates, foundations and government agencies
• Plan and organize fundraising-related events 2-3 times a year
• Responsible for the administration and processing of funds received and to ensure meeting Charity standards
• Responsible for maintaining and growing database of partners, donors, sponsors and key stakeholders
• Work closely with the General Manager and Board of Directors to achieve and implement a cohesive and effective partnership development strategy
