Qualifications

Manager/ Senior Manager, Human Resources
Responsibilities
  • Design and review of human resources policies and processes to ensure high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent
  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with mission and objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change, ensuring a strong adaptive workforce
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues to senior management and function heads
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture
Talent Management and Organizational Development
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, training, development and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development programs for critical roles within the organisation
  • Enhance employee skills and capabilities through targeted training and development initiatives
Rewards and Performance Management
  • Establish and maintain a performance management system that drives employee engagement and aligns individual performance with organisational goals
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits structures tailored to the Singapore market
  • Oversee performance management frameworks to ensure alignment with business results and objectives
  • Design and implement employee well-being and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs to foster an inclusive workplace
  • Develop recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and contributions
HR Operations, Compliance & Policy Governance
  • Ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and effective governance of HR policies and procedures
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with local labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient processes in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management, including but not limited to identifying and implementing the necessary HR systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, etc.) with vendors as required
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g. IHRP) preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start‑up environment
  • Proven experience in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously to define and implement solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes and build positive relationships
  • Strategic leadership and management skills to inspire teams and foster employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR practices
