This HR Business Partner role is an individual contributor supporting some of the divisions within the Gas & Related Services (GRS) line of business. Reporting to the Head of HR for GRS, the HR Business Partner will serve as a key enabler of business performance through effective people strategies and workforce planning. The role requires both strategic partnership and hands-on HR delivery, with operational support from centralized People Services (Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations) and Group HR Centres of Excellence (COEs).
In addition to supporting existing operations, this role will partner with business leaders on new market entry and project bids, ensuring HR readiness for overseas ventures and supporting workforce mobilization in new geographies.
