We are looking for a Finance Manager/Senior Manager to oversee our financial operations. You will ensure all financial transactions and strategies align with business objectives and comply with regulations, playing a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions.

What You Will Do:

• Finance Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and budgets. Collaborate with leadership to drive financial performance.
• Financial Reporting: Lead financial consolidation, reporting, and treasury functions. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the annual budgeting process, conduct forecasting, and monitor budget adherence.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct regular audits.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, perform variance and trend analysis, and provide actionable insights.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
