Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Employee Experience & Programmes to shape the employee journey across the organisation. You will oversee insights, scorecard reporting and HR programmes that foster an inclusive, healthy workforce.

This role partners with leaders, external consultants and cross-functional teams to translate listening data into action, lead D&I initiatives and ensure governance of people risks, sustainability reporting and enterprise culture.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide HR initiatives in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey cycle including design, data management, deployment, analysis, reporting and follow-up action planning.
  • Translate employee listening data into actionable insights to close gaps and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support leaders in interpreting and acting on results.
  • Spearhead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including roadmap development and awareness activities.
  • Support leadership, development and other people programmes in line with organisational priorities.
  • Steer annual HR risk and materiality reviews with stakeholders to identify key people risks and controls.
  • Lead people-related sustainability commitments and reporting with cross-functional teams.

Job description

The Manager/Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Programmes leads a portfolio of enterprise-level people initiatives that shape and strengthen the overall employee experience across the organisation. Spanning employee insights, scorecard reporting and HR programmes, the role delivers meaningful insights and impactful programmes that strengthen organisational culture and build a healthy, inclusive and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Lead the end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey (EES) cycle, including design, data management, deployment, analysis, reporting and follow-up action planning.
  • Translate employee listening data into actionable insights to close gaps and improve the employee experience.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support leaders in interpreting and acting on results.
  • Spearhead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, including roadmap development, sub-committee coordination, partnerships and awareness/enablement activities.
  • Support leadership, development and other people programmes in line with organisational priorities.
  • Steer the annual HR risk and materiality reviews, engaging stakeholders to identify key people risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Lead the people-related sustainability commitments and reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise sustainability frameworks.
4. People Insights & Scorecard
  • Own the people scorecard, consolidating key people metrics and trends to support management reporting.
  • Provide support to drive execution of key people initiatives to support achievement of key targets.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Familiarity with employee listening tools, engagement platforms or people analytics dashboards is required.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide or group-level HR initiatives in a complex organisation is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and align multiple stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and adapting to change with agility.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into insights and action.
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and structure.
