What the role is

The candidate will contribute towards optimisation of the MySkillsFuture portal, a one-stop portal for Singaporeans to plan their lifelong learning journey, through data-driven insights and tech stack review.

What you will be working on

The candidate will be required to perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s):

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user patterns, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with development team to review front-end and back-end tech stack to ensure portal performance optimisation
  • Propose recommendations for website feature and product enhancements, supported by UX assessment and user research/testing
  • Design prototypes and iterate ideas for UI design (wireframes, mock-ups)
  • Work closely across teams with internal and external project managers
What we are looking for
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, UX/UI design, and/or website development work
  • Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and discover actionable insights
  • Has experience managing a product in cross-functional agile teams, working with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable improvements
  • Understands programming languages, and frontend frameworks and libraries to conduct website code review
  • Able to apply appropriate human-centric tools and techniques to test and improve the product over time
  • Motivated to constantly experiment with ideas for improvement while managing risks and mitigating the impact of change
  • A team player who has an eye for detail and works well under pressure
  • Knowledge of the following tools are a plus
    • Web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL for data querying
    • UI design tools such as Figma
    • Artificial intelligence tools for predictive modelling

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract with potential for a 1-year extension and consideration for permanent tenure thereafter.
