Job Summary

The Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Development plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic agenda. This role partners with business leaders across regions and functions to identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic initiatives, and drive execution of the organisation’s long-term vision.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate insights into action.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive long-term strategic planning initiatives across the organisation.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Oversee the development of business cases and implementation for strategic initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to implement growth strategies.
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring for strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in strategic discussions with external entities.
  • Report directly to the COS, contributing to corporate strategy and vision.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or corporate development.
