Grab is seeking a Manager, Rewards to elevate global compensation and benefits, translating HQ practices into scalable solutions for a fast-growing tech company in Singapore.
You will lead market intelligence, design pay structures, partner with People Operations, and advise senior leaders on base salary, bonuses, equity and benefits, including at the executive level. This role reports to the Head of Rewards and supports a five-day in-office arrangement.

The Rewards team, which sits within People Operations (Pops) team, drives all global compensation and benefits programmes in Grab. We strive to maintain a fair and competitive total rewards framework for Grab, and equip our people managers with appropriate and consistent rewards tools to attract, motivate and retain talent within their organisations.
As a Manager, Rewards, you will help improve Grab's rewards practices across the organisation. We believe that your understanding of a global rewards function from a headquartered role standpoint and can translate your knowledge into practical and creative solutions to rewards related matters. You will guide rewards programmes based on an analytical approach balanced with judgement.
You will be an individual contributor and report to the Head of Rewards.
Grab has a 5-day in-office arrangement.
