Job Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Hotel: Execute hotel campaigns and marketing support including content development, experiences/packages deployment and articulation of stay positioning in accordance to brand guidelines. Deliver efficient and effective media plans across strategic channels to key markets and target audiences.
  • MICE: Develop and produce marketing/promotional material and other sales and marketing tools for target audiences for sales or trade events and initiatives.
  • Nightlife/F&B: Manage and execute end-to-end short- and long-term paid and owned campaigns for restaurants and bars under scope; developing assets, creatives and narratives to support integrated marketing communications initiatives. Partner with Media Agency to optimize paid marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, to deliver on paid media campaign KPIs and ensure effective ROI.
Programming, Asset Development & Brand Storytelling
  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of Hotel and Nightlife/F&B activations that elevate the Brand Signature Events, incorporating immersive experiences, themed pop-ups, and curated culinary and mixology showcases that enhances brand storytelling.
  • Manage the creative development of all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across digital, social, websites, ticketing platforms, and on-property signages.
  • Oversee content creation—including photography, videography, and graphics—to support marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in production shoots to ensure all creative assets—across photo, video, and digital formats—align with brand standards and effectively support campaign narratives and visual storytelling.
Performance Optimization & Administrative Management
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Work closely with media partners and stakeholders to refine marketing spend efficiency.
  • Manage campaign planning and resource allocation, ensuring budget tracking and accruals with accuracy.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Other Prerequisites
  • Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategies across traditional and innovative marketing techniques, with an ability to optimize campaigns for performance and brand elevation.
  • A learned understanding of the media landscape in Asia Pacific and familiarity with paid marketing channels.
  • Time-management proficiency, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and strategic focus in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
