Job description

Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for a full-time Manager to build project finance models and provide support in all finance-related matters of our projects. The incumbent will be reporting to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate financing solutions (incl. debt, equity and hybrid structures).
• Prepare financial proposals and documentations for internal approvals, external presentations and negotiations.
• Develop and revise CF models, analyse them and create summary materials for external negotiations and internal reports/discussions.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiate with financial institutions.
• Support business development teams by providing financial knowledge, insights and recommendations.
• Assess and manage financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure project financial health.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial partners, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers and business development teams in Asia, and coordinate with external financial advisors and consultants as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a project finance role.
• Work experience in the energy sector, LNG infrastructure business and/or wind power projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive in driving things forward and picking up new things that are required for work.
• Able to put themselves in the counterparties’ shoes to find solutions.
• Self-motivated to grow and contribute to the company.
• Think logically and rationally.
