We are seeking a Sustainable Procurement Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping a responsible, future‑ready supply chain. You'll lead initiatives that integrate sustainability into procurement strategies, policies, and processes, aligning with ISO 20400 standards. From driving Scope 3 decarbonization with suppliers to improving ESG performance and embedding sustainability into category playbooks, your work will directly advance our corporate sustainability goals while delivering commercial value. Job Responsibilities:
1. Sustainable Procurement Policy
  • Maintain the Sustainable Procurement Policy aligned with corporate ESG objectives and industry benchmarks.
2. Category Playbook
  • Create and maintain Category Playbooks incorporating sustainability criteria, risk assessments, and supplier performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with category managers to embed sustainability targets in sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate supplier engagement programs focused on Scope 3 emissions reduction and climate action.
  • Facilitate supplier capacity‑building initiatives to improve sustainability performance.
4. ESG Performance Management
  • Lead the assessment and monitoring of supplier ESG performance, including environmental, social, and governance compliance.
  • Collaborate with category managers to embed ESG performance into supplier scorecards and reporting mechanisms to track progress against sustainability KPIs.
5. Sustainability Reporting
  • Collaborate with category managers to prepare annual sustainability reporting on responsible sourcing, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with corporate ESG commitments and reporting frameworks and standards.
  • Embed sustainability requirements into procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with ISO 20400.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in sustainable sourcing.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Sustainability and other Business Units) to align objectives and strategies.
  • Participate in industry forums and sustainability networks.
  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for technology solutions and services, including sourcing, negotiation, commercial analysis and award recommendations
  • Negotiate commercial terms to ensure value‑for‑money and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and processes
  • Drive procurement activities to meet company and team‑level KPIs
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG.
  • Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions, ISO 20400, and sustainable supply chain practices preferred.
  • Experience in using Ariba or SAP would be an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Word & MS Excel
