A government organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to enhance its procurement processes and provide guidance to staff. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement policies, engaging with stakeholders, and conducting trainings. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. A 3-year contract is offered for successful candidates.
Strengthen governance and achieve value‑for‑money in procurement; and provide effective and efficient administration services in support of People’s Association’s objectives.
Minimum – At least three years of relevant working experience in procurement related roles such as procurement requestor, partner or analyst, etc.
Desired – At least three years of procurement experience with good understanding on the Instruction Manual on Procurement and/or Grassroots Rules and Regulations.
Possess good analytical, communication and writing skills, and able to work independently.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Successful candidates will be given a 3‑year contract.
