Job description

Equiom is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Private Wealth to lead a team responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust, company, and private wealth structures.

This is a key leadership role, combining client relationship management, technical fiduciary expertise, and operational oversight. You will ensure all client work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You’ll also play a vital role in business growth and team development, supporting new business onboarding, fostering strong intermediary relationships, and driving both financial and operational performance. The position may include acting as a director or authorised signatory on client entities, demonstrating sound judgment and governance awareness.

Your New Role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of private wealth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Build trusted client and intermediary relationships, identifying growth and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional excellence
  • Oversee the administration of trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Monitor portfolio performance, billing, and risk management
  • Contribute to business development, onboarding, and process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a director or signatory on client entities, upholding governance and fiduciary responsibilities
What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • 5–7 years’ experience in fiduciary, private wealth, or corporate services administration
  • Holding or working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP)

  • Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration
  • Skilled in coaching and developing team members
Desirable
  • Experience with multi‑jurisdictional or complex structures
  • Familiarity with administration systems and digital workflows
  • Prior experience as a signatory or controlled function
