We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Policy Servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Process new policies, policy changes, renewals, and termination of policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations, adhering to SLAs
  • Prepareand maintain departments Standard Operating Procedures
  • Through structured and comprehensive evaluations, monitor the accuracy and timeliness of end-to-end processing recording and providing feedback for service improvements
  • Assist customers and agents with inquiries related to policy terms, statuses, and procedures through walk in clinics, adhoc calls or emails when required
  • Liaise with underwriting, claims, and other departments to streamline operations and resolve policy-related issues
  • Deputise the VP of Policy Servicing ensuring minimal disruption to business and continuous coordination of efficient workflow within the team, adhering to set processing timelines
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed to support management decisions and operational improvements
  • Any ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field can be advantageous
  • Previous experience in insurance operations, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
