A leading technology services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in achieving strategic objectives. You will manage HR initiatives related to talent management and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience, holds a degree in Business Administration focused on Human Resources, and possesses strong people skills. This role offers the opportunity to influence and enhance workforce performance in a dynamic environment.
As an integral member of the People & Culture team, you are the designated business partner to the assigned business. You will play a key role in partnering business leaders and delivering effective and efficient HR services to support the business unit. You will also manage HR initiatives and programs related to rewards, talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.
