The Role:

We’re looking for a partnerships powerhouse to join our Experiential team. If you thrive on building impactful relationships, have a Rolodex full of brand marketing contacts, and know how to turn relationships into results, this is the role for you. You’ll be the bridge between our clients’ visions and our team’s execution, securing partnerships and sponsorships that bring experiences to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the partnership sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with brands and key stakeholders that align with client objectives.
  • Cultivate and leverage existing relationships with brand marketing teams to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that support team and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke experiential campaigns.
  • Manage partnership agreements, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track, analyse, and report on partnership performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event sales or experiential marketing.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with brand marketing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident status.
