What you will be doing:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven Customer Supports, and lead Chatbot Development & Optimization.
  • Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes
  • Lead projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage data to monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, automation, and customer experience.
  • Prepare and update materials covering project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
  • Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests, including deep dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier IT/management consulting or equivalent
  • Proven track record of independently leading digitization or transformation projects.
  • Exposure to chatbot platforms, AI/NLP technologies, or customer support systems (a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
