An advisory organization in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for their Migrant Worker Advisory team. The role involves providing guidance on employment disputes and assisting customers with claims. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. This full-time position offers the possibility of contract renewal or permanency.
The incumbent will be part of the Migrant Worker Advisory team with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM).

Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
