Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the management and operation of the facilities mechanical systems.
• Take lead on the expansion & optimization projects. Manage your team members & contractors to ensure safe & robust system operation.
• Manage energy reduction projects and control Capex budgets, expenses, and headcounts within set limits
• To manage facilities systems expansion & optimization projects:
  • Lead projects as Project Manager and guide mechanical team to meet objectives.
• To manage facilities system operation:
  • Monitor system operations with PM support; handle issue resolution, contract renewals, parts tracking, billing, and energy reporting
• To be the consultant and facilitator to solve complex problems:
  • Execute analytical approaches to provide expert opinions.
• To manage compliance and maintain performance standards

Qualifications
