Responsibilities
- Assist the Vice President (Engineering) in the management of the Engineering Department.
- Manage engineering and technical support processes, by implementing the engineering related procedures and work instructions in the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor engineering activities to ensure efficient engineering design production as well as meeting engineering progress schedules.
- Perform relevant elements of contract review, as required, including preparation and review of engineering responsibility matrix.
- Respond to customer complaints and take corrective actions on errors of staff and subcontractors to requirements defined in the Corrective Action Procedure of the QMS.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to him
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the marine, offshore or renewable energy sectors.
- Degree / Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
