Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive execution of the NGL programme. Responsibilities
- Formulation & drive execution of the marketing plan for the NGL programme
- Drive analysis of market trends, candidates’ insights, programme trends and competitors’ analysis to build programme strategy
- Spearhead social media marketing for the NGL programmes to boost engagement with potential applicants, current UG students, and related stakeholder groups.
- Initiate, organize and run information sessions/webinars/experience days locally as well as internationally (as and when required)
- Plan and execute admissions processes for applicants to the NGL programme
Requirements
- Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Possess a creative and innovative mind for the development of engaging and targeted campaigns
- An analytical thinker who could interpret campaign data to drive decisions
- Keen knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and performance tracking
- Keen knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SendGrid
- Strong content marketing skills such as long and short-form content creation, copywriting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and visualisation of dataset
- Able to work after-office hours/ weekend when required (This is due to outreach and marketing events which will typically be held over weekends such as open houses for Poly/JC students etc.)
