We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and brand awareness for all MFLG offerings as a unique suite of leisure offerings for locals and overseas travelers, with the goal of increasing visitorship and achieving revenue targets.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Partner with the Head of Marketing Comms & Retail to define and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Own the annual marketing calendar across attractions and F&B outlets. Plan and deliver thematic and tactical campaigns tied to commercial outcomes.
- Control the Advertising and Promotion budget. Track spend against forecasts. Optimise ROI through disciplined allocation.
- Lead content strategy and execution across owned and paid channels. Ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and audience relevance.
- Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and the Board with confidence and precision.
Data Analytics and AI
- Harness cutting-edge marketing analytics tools to track campaign ROI, optimise performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Implement sophisticated audience segmentation strategies to create hyper-targeted, high-converting marketing campaigns.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to revolutionise content creation, enhancing both quality and efficiency while crafting compelling narratives that deeply resonate with our diverse target audiences.
Digital Marketing
- Design and implement a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance web presence.
- Lead social media strategy, leveraging content marketing and engagement initiatives to grow fan base and boost meaningful interactions.
- Develop and optimise "always-on" Search Engine Marketing campaigns to increase conversions and brand awareness.
- Create and execute a strategic email marketing calendar, delivering high-value promotional updates to drive customer engagement and sales.
Brand Management
- Serve as the principal guardian for Mount Faber Leisure Group's corporate and product brands, ensuring cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Craft and evolve compelling brand narratives that resonate deeply with target audiences and differentiate Mount Faber Leisure Group in the market.
- Develop and execute strategies to amplify brand awareness in key regional markets.
- Oversee the creation and evolution of comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, uniforms, and key visuals.
- Ensure all place‑making initiatives align seamlessly with brand identity, overseeing design aspects to maintain brand integrity.
- Identify and cultivate synergistic partnerships to elevate Mount Faber Leisure Group's brand positioning and reach.
Leadership
- Inspire and guide a high‑performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure the delivery of high‑quality work across all marketing initiatives, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within budget constraints.
- Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and facilitating career advancement to maximise individual and collective potential.
Agency Management
- Manage all agency partners including media agency to deliver campaigns on time and within budget and tracking results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years' of experience across the full marketing spectrum, preferably in tourism or related industries.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
- Passion for the tourism industry and in nurturing marketing talent.
- Excellent attention to details, with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence key stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong creative eye and excellent copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
